Crimping Machine is used for crimping hose assembly, imposing crimping force on fitted metal joint and pressing it fast on supported rubber hose. The crimping machine is suitable for crimping high and low pressure hose, gas tube, water tube, wire joint and air-conditioner tube. It is extensively used in vehicle, engineering machinery, household apparatus and welding cutting equipment etc. At present, shrinking machine is required to be highly precise and efficient, and able to shrinking hose assembly of elbow, flange, super-pressure and big caliber of various forms and caliber and steel wire layer, so requirement for it is stricter. To meet such kind of market demand, the company has designed and manufactured five series product with more than ten specification and models: DX series (single incline), SDX series (double speed single-incline), FX series (composite incline), SX series (double-incline), WX series (non-incline). There is product that could shrink hose of max. diameter 204mm, of 10 steel wire layers and of super pressure. There is also highly efficient product for shrinking low-pressure tube and miniature tube. Our factory also produces supported product including sealing machine for screw nut, hose assembly shrinking machine, hydraulic(water pressure or oil pressure) hose pressure testing and cleaning station, flexible rubber stripper and suction pipe cutter. |
