The crimping machines have a wide range of applications, including automobiles, coal mines, construction machinery, ships, steel industry, military equipment, household appliances, welding and cutting equipment, and more. They are suitable for crimping various types of high- and low-pressure hoses, air lines, water pipes, cable connectors, air-conditioning pipes, and outer rings of steel sleeves. In response to market demands, our company has designed and manufactured over ten models across five major series of crimping machines, including: the DX series (single-bevel model), the SDX series (dual-speed single-bevel model), the FX series (composite-bevel model), the SX series (double-bevel model), and the RFX series (intelligent crimping machine). During the manufacturing and processing stages, we employ CNC machining centers and various CNC equipment, as well as electrical discharge machining, enabling us to achieve mass production through CNC-controlled processes for all components of the cylinder actuation system and locking mechanisms. Combined with our company’s proprietary heat treatment technology, this ensures that every component boasts high precision, long service life, and easy interchangeability. For electrical and hydraulic components, we exclusively use imported parts or renowned domestic brands. As a result, our crimping machines guarantee superior overall quality and extended service life.
R stands for Intelligent System. The control software for this intelligent system was independently developed by our company based on the specific characteristics of the clamping mechanism. It boasts many highly advanced and powerful features. Its key performance characteristics are as follows:

The crimping machines in the FX series feature the most advanced design internationally, and we hold a patent for them. Their structure differs fundamentally from that of crimping machines produced by other domestic manufacturers. The advantages of this machine are as follows:
- During the crimping process, the mold remains stationary axially but undergoes radial crimping (commonly referred to as: the mold doesn't move back and forth, but performs planar crimping). As a result, the finished product has no taper (commonly referred to as: no "big end, small end").
- The mold is inserted through the guide groove, making installation more convenient. After crimping, the lines are uniform, with no variation in thickness—no lines that are thick in some places and thin in others.
- The machine’s opening is large, making it easy for products to pass through. 4. It’s easier and more accurate to clamp and position special products.
