Introduction to the Quality Control and Traceability System for Intelligent Crimping Machines
The system is developed based on the concept of intelligent manufacturing and can automatically compensate for processing variations in products with uncontrollable tolerances, monitor the machining process, enable online traceability of the machining process, and provide screening and alert functions to identify products that may pose potential quality risks. This approach effectively prevents product quality issues arising from uncontrollable raw material supply during production and processing—for example, rubber products with large tolerances and jackets of uncertain hardness.
- Processing module
Control method:
An original AI-powered dynamic tracking control system uses dimensional and pressure ranges as control criteria. During the machining process, if any parameter exceeds the preset limits, the equipment will automatically shut down and issue a warning indicating that the product is nonconforming.
Processing dimensions:
Enter the maximum and minimum final machining dimensions (in millimeters) according to the inner diameter of the mold.
Enter the maximum and minimum corresponding pressures during processing (unit: bar).
- Quality Control Module
Collect and display the system pressure corresponding to each displacement value during the processing stage. This allows for a clear visualization of processing deviations caused by batch-to-batch variations in products. Meanwhile, by analyzing real-time processing data, it is possible to optimize the processing parameters for AI-driven dynamic tracking control.
