Brand-new SDX series enhanced air suspension repair and production-specific crimping machine

The SDX-130 (dual-speed single-bevel model) crimping machine is a member of the SDX series, featuring a brand-new, unique composite cylinder technology with independent intellectual property rights, and embodies the latest international trends.

This model is a large-caliber, ultra-large-opening, and ultra-wide-application crimping machine meticulously designed through our company’s extensive and long-term production experience, coupled with comprehensive feedback on quality information gathered from a wide range of users. It features a mold base with a significantly enhanced speed ratio between the two stages—fast and slow—during the entire 50-millimeter expansion and contraction cycle. This design increases the duration of the slow-speed segment throughout the entire contraction stroke, thereby expanding the effective force-bearing section (i.e., the crimping section) and enabling a broader range of crimping size control. Moreover, the mold base adopts a basin-shaped contact with the front cover, resulting in minimal frictional resistance. This makes it a powerful and highly efficient crimping machine. Throughout the entire manufacturing process, not only digital machining technology has been employed, but also high-quality alloy steel materials combined with a unique heat treatment process, pushing beyond the conventional limits of wear resistance and load-bearing capacity typically achieved by domestically produced alloy steels after heat treatment. Only by meeting these comprehensive conditions and achieving breakthroughs in heat treatment processes can we design and manufacture this first-class series of crimping machines that simultaneously enhance crimping force and ensure extended service life. When operating this model, you will also benefit from the following features:

(1) The large-diameter and oversized mold installation adopts a rectangular groove structure. During crimping, the hose assembly connector to be crimped can first be inserted into the mold before the mold itself is inserted for crimping, thereby meeting the crimping requirements for large-sized and specially shaped elbows.

(2) The mold base operates using a guided sliding structure, which can compensate for the deformation of the support springs caused by fatigue after prolonged use, thereby eliminating the defect of uneven spacing between adjacent clamping molds that requires readjustment.

(3) The mold base’s linked crimping mold features only radial expansion and contraction movement, with no axial movement. This allows for easier control of the crimping position when crimping the product.

(4) In terms of clamping dimension control, the displacement control principle is employed, and an imported scale-adjusting dial is used to precisely regulate the clamping dimensions. This allows the clamping dimensions to be directly correlated with the scale readings indicated by the adjusting dial, achieving a precision of up to 0.01 mm. The clamping control section is equipped with a selectable manual or automatic mode.

(5) The host and body adopt a split design, with the center height of the locking mechanism lowered. This design is particularly well-suited for on-site mobile crimping applications, making it ideal for crimping special products such as automotive shock-absorbing airbags, large-flange fittings, and large-diameter oil pipelines.
