The cylinder structure adopts a composite cylinder technology with independent intellectual property rights. The "FX" designation refers to the mechanical structure (composite inclined surface). During crimping:
1) The molds remain stationary front and back, providing planar compression. As a result, the crimped product is less likely to develop tapering (commonly known as "big-end or small-end").
2) The molds slide along a track without relying on spring support. Consequently, the crimped product has uniform lines and does not become elliptical.
3) The machine features a large opening, making it easy for products to pass through.
4) Mold changes are convenient.
5) Specialized products are easier to position accurately during crimping.
