FX-95 Crimping Machine

　　The FX-95 (composite bevel model) is another major series of crimping machines—manufactured using brand-new, uniquely developed composite bevel and composite cylinder technologies that boast independent intellectual property rights and represent an internationally advanced level. The crimping machine’s locking mechanism features a composite bevel structure, which not only increases the speed ratio between the fast and slow movements of the die holder but also minimizes frictional losses thanks to the basin-shaped contact between the die holder and the front cover. The hydraulic system incorporates imported insert-type hydraulically controlled check valves and relief valves, making it more efficient and powerful, particularly well-suited for one-step crimping of F-type pipe fittings and four-layer rubber hoses used in construction machinery.
