NWBJ-51 Flexible Internal and External Stripping Glue Machine

　　The rubber-stripping machine is a key auxiliary equipment used in the production of hose assemblies. This new, environmentally friendly machine operates on the principle of centrifugal force to remove the outer rubber layer. The NWBJ-51 rubber-stripping machine is a dual-purpose model capable of stripping both the outer and inner rubber layers of hoses. Its most distinctive feature is its ability to quickly remove the outer rubber layer without damaging or fraying the steel wire layer inside the hose, thus preventing the steel wire layer from being cut and reducing the risk of oil lines losing pressure-bearing capacity. The distance between the blade holder can be adjusted according to the diameter of the hose. The machine uses centrifugal force to automatically advance the blades; when the cutting depth becomes excessive, a fine-adjustment screw can be used to make precise adjustments. The stripped rubber is removed in sheet-like strips, generating no dust, making it an environmentally friendly machine.
