DX-95 Crimping Machine

The hydraulic cylinder structure of the DX-95 type (single-bevel model) crimping machine employs a composite cylinder technology with independently owned intellectual property rights. The locking mechanism features a single-bevel, eight-petal design. The front retaining ring adopts a detachable sliding sleeve structure. The crimping head, hydraulic system, and electrical control box—the three major systems—can operate independently of each other. Mold installation and positioning are achieved using a hook-based operational principle.
