CYG-60 Hose Pressure Testing Machine

　　The CYG-60 hose pressure testing machine is a new type of equipment designed for testing high-pressure hose assemblies. It is used to perform pressure resistance tests on both flexible and rigid hoses in hydraulic systems of machinery and equipment in industries such as engineering, mining, metallurgy, and automotive. The test medium used at this pressure testing station can be soapy water, achieving the dual objectives of energy conservation, reliable operation, and effective hose cleaning during the testing process.

Working Principle and Structure

(a) The ultra-high-pressure test bench consists of a fluid-filled pump, a booster pump, a booster cylinder, a hydraulic system, and an electrical control system.

(b) First, the filling pump fills the test hose and the pressurizing oil cylinder.

(c) The booster pump supplies pressurized oil to the cylinder, and the hydraulic system controls the filling and pressurization of both the working cylinder and the booster cylinder.
