The SDX-85 (dual-speed single-bevel model) is a nut-crimping machine that incorporates composite cylinder technology with independently owned intellectual property rights. This technology overcomes the drawbacks of conventional designs that rely on multiple auxiliary small cylinders—namely, complex structural configurations, inability to achieve independent operation of various systems due to multi-channel connections, short service life of sealing rings, and frequent oil leaks. Thanks to the composite cylinder technology, the crimping head, hydraulic system, and electrical control box—the three major systems—can operate independently, making maintenance and replacement convenient.
Its features are as follows: (1) During the crimping process, both the die holder and the crimping die undergo only radial movement, with no axial movement, enabling precise control of the crimping position when the nut is being closed. (2) The die pressing seat—the die holder—employs a guided sliding structure, which compensates for the uneven spacing of the dies caused by fatigue deformation of the support springs in the die holder over prolonged use, thereby eliminating the need for frequent replacement or adjustment during operation. (3) Since the die holder is equipped with two inclined surfaces of different slopes, it enables the die holder to move at two distinct speeds—fast and slow—during its expansion and contraction. This not only increases the crimping force but also extends the travel distance of the die, thus boosting the crimping speed. (4) The internal sealing rings of the hydraulic cylinder are made of imported polyurethane and ST-type Gela rings, offering high pressure resistance and long service life. (5) The hydraulic system incorporates imported hydraulically controlled check valves, solenoid directional control valves, and gear pumps, significantly enhancing machine efficiency and greatly extending its service life. (6) In terms of the electrical control system, the control circuit utilizes an integrated printed circuit board, making circuit maintenance and replacement convenient. The circuit control offers two operating modes—manual and semi-automatic—allowing users to freely adjust the opening size and thereby improving operational efficiency. (7) For controlling the crimping dimensions, the displacement control principle is employed, using a scale-adjustable device to precisely regulate the crimping size. This ensures that the scale readings on the adjustable device correspond exactly to the actual crimping dimensions, achieving an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.
