DX-65 nut crimping

　　　　The DX-65 (single-bevel model) is a nut-crimping machine that incorporates composite cylinder technology with independently owned intellectual property rights. It overcomes the drawbacks of conventional designs that rely on multiple auxiliary small cylinders—namely, complex structure, inability to achieve independent operation of various systems due to numerous oil lines, short service life of sealing rings, and frequent oil leaks. Thanks to the composite cylinder technology, the crimping head, hydraulic system, and electrical control box—the three major systems—can operate independently, making maintenance, replacement, and separation particularly convenient.

　　Its features are as follows: (1) During the crimping process, while the crimping die performs radial movement, it simultaneously moves axially together with the lower positioning device. This enables not only precise control of the crimping position when tightening the nut but also addresses the challenge of crimping ultra-short bends. (2) The hydraulic system incorporates imported insert-type hydraulically controlled check valves and relief valves, solenoid directional control valves, and gear pumps, which significantly enhance the machine’s operational efficiency and greatly extend its service life. (3) The internal sealing rings of the oil cylinders are made of imported polyurethane and ST-type Gela rings, offering high pressure resistance and long service life. Key hydraulic system components are all sourced from imported suppliers. (4) In terms of the electrical control system, the control circuit utilizes integrated printed circuit boards, making circuit maintenance and replacement convenient. The circuit control offers two operating modes—manual or semi-automatic—allowing users to freely adjust the opening size for improved work efficiency. (5) For controlling the crimping dimensions, the displacement control principle is employed, using a graduated dial regulator to precisely set the crimping dimensions. Thus, the scale readings indicated by the dial regulator correspond exactly to the actual crimping dimensions, achieving an accuracy of 0.01 mm.
