The RFX120 intelligent (composite bevel-type) crimping machine is a member of the FX series crimping machines, featuring a brand-new, unique composite cylinder and composite bevel technology that boasts independent intellectual property rights and embodies the latest international trends.
R stands for intelligent system, and FX stands for mechanical structure (composite inclined surface). During crimping: 1) The mold remains stationary in the axial (front-to-back) direction but exerts radial (planar) pressure. As a result, after crimping, there’s little likelihood of tapering (commonly known as “big end, small end”). 2) The mold slides along a track without relying on spring support. Consequently, the crimped lines are uniform and won’t become elliptical. 3) The machine has a wide opening, making it easy for products to pass through. 4) Mold changes are convenient. 5) It’s easier to precisely position specially crimped products.

The processing compensation system collects in real time the pressure and displacement generated during the pressing machine’s machining process, enabling continuous monitoring and detection of each machining step. It can also immediately correct operations where the machining dimensions fall short, thereby reducing the rate of machining errors.
Processing monitoring is performed every 50 milliseconds, during which the pressure and displacement generated by the crimping process are collected and analyzed. If either the maximum or minimum crimping range is exceeded, the equipment will immediately sound an alarm, alerting the user that there may be an issue with this particular processing operation.

Scan the QR code printed by the label coding machine paired with the scanning and processing system. After scanning it with the device’s barcode scanner, users can proceed directly to processing without needing to re-enter processing parameters.
By scanning the QR code on each assembly product using WeChat or our own tablet, you can access detailed information about the product’s production history, formulation, shelf life, real-time processing parameters, and manufacturer.
This model is a crimping machine meticulously designed with rigorous manufacturing processes and precise craftsmanship, featuring high clamping force, wide opening range, and an extensive application scope. It has been developed based on our company’s long-term, extensive production experience and by carefully incorporating quality feedback from a broad spectrum of users. This machine not only employs composite cylinder technology in its crimping head but also adopts a composite inclined-surface design for its locking mechanism. During the 44-millimeter expansion and contraction cycle, the mold base of this model features dual-speed adjustment—fast and slow—allowing for greater control over the crimping dimensions. Moreover, the mold base is designed with a basin-shaped contact surface against the front cover, minimizing frictional resistance. This makes it a powerful and highly efficient crimping machine. Throughout the entire manufacturing process, we have not only utilized digital machining technologies but also employed high-quality alloy steel materials combined with a unique heat treatment process, thereby pushing beyond the conventional limits of both wear resistance and load-bearing capacity inherent in heat-treated alloy steels. Only by meeting these comprehensive conditions and achieving breakthroughs in heat treatment technology can we design and manufacture this first-class series of crimping machines that simultaneously enhance clamping force and ensure exceptional service life.
This model also features the following characteristics: (1) The mold installation adopts a T-slot structure. When crimping special pipe fittings, you can first insert the fitting assembly of the hose to be crimped into the mold and then insert the mold itself for crimping, thus meeting the requirements for crimping extra-large, specially shaped elbows and non-standard fittings. (2) The mold base operates using a guided sliding mechanism, which effectively compensates for the deformation of the support springs caused by fatigue over long-term use, thereby eliminating the need for frequent readjustment due to uneven spacing between adjacent crimping dies. (3) The linked crimping dies on the mold base perform only minimal axial movement while simultaneously undergoing radial contraction and expansion, allowing for quick and precise control of the crimping position when crimping hose assemblies. (4) Thanks to the adoption of composite cylinder technology, the crimping head, hydraulic system, and electrical control box—the three major systems—can operate independently, making maintenance and replacement convenient. Moreover, after separating these systems, they can easily be returned to the factory for long-term warranty service. (5) The hydraulic system has been redesigned and enhanced with the incorporation of advanced foreign-insert-type hydraulic check valves and relief valves. Additionally, the oil pump flow rate and motor power have been increased. As a result, the speed of the crimping machine has significantly improved, making it particularly suitable for crimping large batches of ultra-high-pressure hose assemblies featuring extra-large elbows, specially shaped elbows, and F-shaped elbows used in construction machinery—and enabling one-time crimping to exact dimensions. (6) Mold changes are facilitated by a mold gun, which allows for the rapid, single-step replacement of eight molds at once, making mold changes even quicker and more convenient.
