FX-160 Crimping Machine

The FX-160 type (composite bevel-type) crimping machine is another major series of crimping machines—manufactured using brand-new, original composite bevel and composite cylinder technologies that boast independent intellectual property rights and represent an internationally advanced level. The crimping machine’s locking mechanism features a composite bevel structure, which not only increases the speed ratio between the fast and slow movements of the die holder, thereby expanding its clamping range, but also minimizes frictional losses due to the basin-shaped contact between the die holder and the front cover. This design makes the machine particularly well-suited for crimping oil pipes with flanges and non-standard pipe fittings.
